These Terms of Use govern access to and use of 3DModelBay, including browsing public listings, creating an account, uploading files, downloading published models, and submitting copyright or policy reports.

Use of the Service

You may browse publicly available content without an account. Uploading, moderation actions, and other protected workflows require a signed-in account. We may suspend or remove access if the service is used for abuse, fraud, spam, or policy-violating content.

Uploader Responsibilities

• You must only upload files you created or are clearly authorized to distribute.
• You must provide accurate titles, descriptions, tags, and licensing information.
• You must not upload paid marketplace assets, extracted game files, malware, or infringing content.

Moderation and Publication

Uploads may remain pending until reviewed. We may reject, unpublish, or remove listings that appear to violate copyright, licensing, marketplace terms, safety rules, or platform policies. Publication is discretionary and may be reversed if new information appears.

Downloads and Reuse

Download availability does not transfer ownership. Reuse is governed by the license shown on each model page. It is your responsibility to evaluate whether a listed license is suitable for your intended use.

Copyright and Takedowns

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, use the DMCA reporting path. We may remove or disable access to reported content while investigating a complaint.

No Warranty

3DModelBay is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that listings are error-free, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available.
